A reminder that there is no school tomorrow, Friday, August 21st, in observance of Statehood Day.

Please enjoy the day with your ʻohana, Hilo Union Rainbows! We'll see our keiki back on campus next Monday. Please stay safe during this 3-day weekend!

Following assessments of school campuses and surrounding community conditions:

✅ Campus reopening to students and staff tomorrow, Aug. 19
🔧 Facilities have been assessed, operations restored, and campus prepared for a safe return
⚡ Power and utility service restored to affected campuses

Here are the important details for drop-off and pick-up:

Drop off: Kapiolani gate at 7:15 am

Pick up: Kapiolani gate at 2:15 pm

Wednesday pick up: 12:35 pm

Get your backpacks ready, and we'll see you soon!
